Built for performance and durability, Imperial’s 12" (305) wide Gas Hot Plate features a powerful 32,000 BTU (9 kW) PyroCentric™ burner with a 7,000 BTU simmer option for precise heat control. The anti-clogging, lift-off burner is equipped with a continuous pilot for instant ignition. The heavy duty cast-iron sectioned top grates remove easily. The stainless steel front, sides and ledge ensure durability and a professional look. Heavy-duty 4" (102) adjustable legs are also included.
